My guinea pig's cage has never smelled this fresh between cleanings. The pine fragrance is subtle and natural, not overpowering, and I love that the shavings are biodegradable.

The dust-extracted part is the real selling point here—no more sneezing fits when I change out the guinea pig cage. It’s got that fresh pine scent without being overpowering, and the bag lasted me a solid three weeks.

My hamster’s cage smells so much fresher since I switched to these wood shavings—the pine fragrance is noticeable but not overpowering. I also like that they’re dust-extracted, which seems to keep the sneezing down. Really solid bedding for the price.
