First time using one of these and it worked great—the teeth are fine enough to catch even the tiniest eggs without irritating my dog’s skin. Compact size makes it easy to slip into a grooming bag.

The stainless steel teeth are tightly spaced and caught a couple of tiny fleas I couldn't even see on my cat's fur. It's small enough to keep in my pocket for a quick check after she's been outside.

Works well on both my cat and dog for checking after outdoor time. The compact size makes it easy to hold, though I wish the teeth were slightly finer for catching the tiniest eggs. Still, it does the job for basic flea detection.
