Each bite provides 250mg Glucosamine HCl, 225mg ActivEase® Complex (Green Lipped Mussel & Hoki), 125mg Fish Oil, 29.5mg Vitamin C, 24.5mg N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine, 5.1mg Vitamin E, 3mg Manganese Sulphate, 2.3mg Hyaluronic Acid.
