ROYAL CANIN® HEPATIC dry is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated for the support of liver function in the case of chronic liver insufficiency and for the reduction of copper in the liver. Moderate level of protein, selected and highly digestible. Restricted level of copper.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed this diet initially up to 4 months for the support of liver function in the case of chronic liver insufficiency and initially up to 6 months for the reduction of copper in the liver.

Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7–10 day period. Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount, especially when mixed feeding. To cater to each dog’s individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Hepatic is also available as wet food in our loaf texture.

Please note: ROYAL CANIN® Hepatic dry dog food is not suitable for pancreatitis or history of pancreatitis, hyperlipidaemia, acute hepatitis without hepatic encephalopathy, growth, gestation, or lactation.
