Dogs need the right balance of minerals to maintain good bladder health. Excess minerals can encourage the formation of crystals in the urine, which can lead to the creation of bladder stones. Please consult with your veterinarian if your dog is showing urinary signs such as frequent urination, blood in the urine, or others. Hill's nutritionists and veterinarians have developed Prescription Diet u/d clinical nutrition to be specially formulated to help support your dog's bladder health.

Recommended for:

Urate & cystine urolith management

Not Recommended for:
Growing puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs.
Patients with struvite urolithiasis, hyperlipidaemia, hypoalbuminaemia, pancreatitis, history of pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis.

Aurora X. ★★★★★

After my lab had surgery for bladder stones, the vet recommended this specific mineral balance. I've been using it for two months now and his urine looks clearer during checkups, plus he actually finishes his bowl.

Lucy ★★★★★

My picky shih tzu actually gobbles this up first time, which never happens with other wet foods. The mineral balance seems to have reduced the cloudiness in his urine noticeably within a couple weeks.

Alexander ★★★★★

Since switching to this wet food, my dog’s urine pH has stayed right where the vet wants it, and she actually licks the bowl clean. The texture is a soft pâté that mixes easily with her dry kibble.
